Orders are posted via Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, they are posted out 1-3 working days after receipt of order. Tracking will be shared once shipped.

Do not leave/store in direct sunlight.

Do not store in bubble wrap, allow the cream glue to breath.

If any charms fall off you can use super glue to re-attach.

When cleaning your items, do not use any strong bleach products.

Use a micro fibre cloth to remove any dirt or dust
